Appointments

Please call us at (847) 913-0800 or  request an appointment online to schedule your services.   A credit card number will be required to secure your reservation but your payment will not be processed until check-out.  We would encourage you to schedule as far in advance as possible to reserve the most convenient time for your schedule.  Walk-ins are welcome if our staff has time available. 

Please arrive 10-15 prior to your appointment to allow time for you to complete our Sign-In Form, change into a robe, and/or select your polish color.  Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service.  If you arrive late for a reservation, your treatment will end as scheduled so as not to inconvenience the next scheduled guest.  Your service time does not include changing time.  

 

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your reserved time, please contact us within 24-hours of your reservation to cancel.  For private parties, please contact us at least 48-hours prior to cancel.  Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price.  No-shows or cancellations at the time of private parties will be charged the full price.

 

Gift Certificates

*Please treat your Plush Gift Certificate like cash.  Plush Beauty Spa cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates.  

Visit us to purchase your gift certificate or design your own gift certificate, preview it, and then email or print it instantly. Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount denomination. The physical gift certificate must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. 

 

Pricing and Gratuity

*We no longer accept gratuity on credit cards or checks. 

All prices and services are subject to change without notice.  

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, most major credit cards and Plush Gift Certificates.  A credit card number may be required to secure your reservation at the time of booking, but your payment will not be processed until check-out. 

Gift certificates can be used towards any service, treatment, product or spa package offered at the Spa; they are not redeemable for cash or applicable towards gratuity.

Our services do not include gratuities.  In appreciation to the staff for their outstanding service, gratuities on regular service prices are appreciated. Gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk for your convenience.

 

Guest Etiquette

Our goal is for each guest to enjoy a tranquil, relaxing spa experience.  We kindly ask you to turn off or silence cellular phones, pagers, or other electronic devices.  To maintain a quiet, professional atmosphere, we ask that all guests consider the volume level of their conversations.

In order to maximize your massage therapy experience, we encourage you to shower prior to your massage service.  To enjoy full relaxation, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.  You may receive a robe and slippers to wear between treatments and a locker for your personal belongings.  We ask that you do not bring valuables as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Special Needs

Your comfort and well being are very important to us. 

Prior to receiving your service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions including pregnancy, diabetes, hypertension, allergies, disabilities, injuries,  or illnesses.  Talking with your therapist, nail technician, or esthetician will help us customize your service to ensure your maximum enjoyment and benefit. 

If you are receiving a massage service, we recommend that you allow at least one hour between your last meal and your treatment.


Private Parties

You can party at Plush Beauty Spa! We offer a private lounge for you and your guests to enjoy. We can provide the stemware and you are welcome to bring your own refreshments. 

We ask that you give us at least 2 weeks advance notice to ensure that we can accommodate your party's needs.

At the time of final booking, we ask that you make a 50% deposit. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 48 hours prior to party time.
